What area do you cover?

We cover Bell & Williamson County with some additional areas in neighboring counties. We regularly service Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Temple, Killeen, Belton, Salado, Jarrell, Nolaville, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, and Kempner. We can service an extended range on a case-by-case basis.

What does it cost for us to come out and take a look at your system?

There is a service fee for us to come out to you. Generally we charge $65, which includes us inspecting the entire system, making basic adjustments, and programming your controller for you. We will provide a quote for any repairs that are needed and in most cases we do the repairs immediately if you approve the quote we provide.

Do you do free estimates?

We do not do free estimates for service calls or repairs with limited exceptions. We have a $65 service fee, which covers our technician's time. We offer flat-rate repair quotes before we start any work so there won't be any surprises on your final bill! If your repairs total over $400 we can waive this fee. Most of our repairs do not require a special appointment for estimates, as our technicians are most often able to complete the repairs same-day. Don't be fooled by companies that offer a free estimate; this is how you end up paying much more in the end.

What do I need to do or know before our appointment?

Please ensure your technician has free and easy access to your controller, they will need to go back and forth to it many times in order to properly inspect the system. If for any reason they can not easily access the controller please let us know ahead of time.

Please make sure we have access to all parts of the system and any parts of the property that are being irrigated, unlock any gates we need access through, put the dogs inside, etc.

Last but not least, please make sure someone is home who can discuss any repairs and give approval for them, as well as pay us when the job is complete. If no one is able to be home we can sometimes still come out, but someone must be available by phone to discuss any repairs and to electronically sign off on any repairs you want us to do.
